The CIMT Annual Meeting registration is open.

In 2022, CIMT is offering two ticket options: on-site participation, and livestream only registration.

All ticket prices are in EUR.
Ticket fees include admission to all sessions and symposia and also cover snacks, drinks, and lunches.

For registrations after May 9, 12 pm (noon EST) a late registration surcharge of €50 will be added.

*This category applies to students enrolled at an institute of higher learning who are
a) working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree, or b) are employed as a postdoctoral fellow.

Documentation of enrollment must be sent to no later than one week prior to the conferece.

COVID requirements
The meeting will take place under local COVID-19 rules and regulations. As of December 2021, only fully vaccinated or recovered people (“2G”) are permitted to attend large gatherings.
The primary means to verifying the COVID vaccination status in Germany is through the “EU Digital COVID Certificate” which consists of QR codes either printed or loaded into a mobile application. Additional proof of a negative Corona rapid test may be required. CIMT will update all registered participants accordingly.
