Call for Abstracts

Poster and Short Talk Presentation GuidelinesConference abstracts

Full text conference abstracts to be published here on April 26, 10 a.m. (CET)

If you have submitted an abstract, please check your email and your spam folder for your abstract notification email.

The poster session will take place on-site at Rheingoldhalle Congress Center in Mainz, Germany. Please take note of your assigned session days and times.
All abstracts will be published online one week before the meeting at www.meeting.cimt.eu/speakers-and-program.

Abstract Review Process

All submitted abstracts were reviewed in a blinded peer review process. All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters during the meeting. From all accepted abstracts, authors of highly rated abstracts have now been invited to deliver oral short talk presentations of their submitted work. If abstract authors have not received a short talk invitation, then their abstract has not been selected by the abstract review committee. If an abstract is not accepted for poster presentation, the presenter can request a full refund of theregistration fee by contacting congress[at]cimt.eu. However, if your abstract is accepted but not selected for a short talk presentation, this policy does not apply.

Request for Withdrawal

Once an abstract has been submitted, it may be withdrawn only by written request from the abstract presenter. The request may be sent to congress[at]cimt.eu and must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference.

Again in 2022, CIMT honored outstanding poster presentations of junior researchers with the CIMT Poster Awards.
